Michael Bonn, Owner

Michael Bonn has lived in Colorado for over 16 years.  Michael has owned his own company for over 9 years.  He has worked in banking and financing for more than 16 years.  Michael has seen done it all from owner occupied purchases to multi-million dollar commercial deals. Michael has transformed Fairpointe from a traditional mortgage shop with 30 brokers to a private investment lender.  Michael specializes in development loans, commercial loans, equity partners and joint ventures.

Duana Sampson

Duana Sampson (Do Ann Ahh) has been with Fairpointe for over 5 years.  She came to Fairpointe from the Credit Union industry.  Duana is the link pin in the office.  She gets the work done.
